Beta Site

most things that arent root are stored at _projects. In here is the forum and anything else.

Beta will be the home to most new projects -- mainly for testing PHP scripts etc.

- implement php directory
- re-test jukebox (large and small)
- get photography
- get mp3s (test different quality settings)

Also look into photo-albums and finding someone that'd be interested in keeping them updated.
